Updating the Handset Firmware Manually

1. Log into the Microsoft Teams Admin Portal.
   • https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/

2. Go to Devices>IP Phones

3. Select the phone requiring the handset update.

4. Click Update in the top navigation, once selected.

5. Under Manual Updates, tick the available update, and click Update at the bottom of the page.

6. Give the phone about 30 minutes to complete the update (unless scheduled for a certain time).

Updating the Handset Firmware on a Schedule

1. Log into the Microsoft Teams Admin Portal.
   • https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/

2. Go to Devices>IP Phones

3. Select the phone requiring the handset update.

4. Click Update in the top navigation, once selected.

5. Under Manual Updates, click Schedule.

6. Set the Date and Time required.
   (Be sure to update the timezone before continuing)

7. Tick the available update, and click Update at the bottom of the page.
